As a Fleet Senior Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the engagement, retention, and growth of key fleet partners operating on the Bolt platform.

You will own a portfolio of strategic fleet accounts and lead structured, data-driven account management routines — including Business Reviews, performance analysis, and tailored growth plans. Your goal is to ensure fleet partners maximize their earning potential, maintain compliance standards, and contribute meaningfully to overall marketplace performance.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role where your work directly influences supply quality, driver engagement, and market share.

  • <point>Apply performance frameworks (such as Fleet Health Score) to identify risks, growth opportunities, and operational gaps.</point>
  • <point>Design and execute retention strategies to prevent churn and strengthen long-term partnerships.</point>
  • <point>Identify and activate growth opportunities including vehicle expansion, driver engagement programs, branding initiatives, and financing participation.</point>
  • <point>Lead root-cause analysis for underperforming fleets and coordinate cross-functional solutions.</point>
  • <point>Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, Legal, and Central Operations to align on priorities and resolve complex challenges.</point>
  • <point>Maintain accurate CRM documentation and deliver structured monthly performance reporting.</point>
