About The Role (What You'll Be Doing)

  • Strategic Problem-Solving. Identify the highest-impact opportunities across our end-to-end care model, take full ownership of delivering creative, autonomous solutions to ensure our services are intuitive, differentiated and built for long-term patient outcomes.
  • Create Seamless Patient Journeys. Use patient insight and data to understand what drives trust, confidence, and action. Redesign journeys, consult flows, segmentation, and support models to remove friction, strengthen engagement, and maximise lifetime value.
  • Patient-first approach. Embed empathy into every decision by deeply understanding patient needs ensuring that every improvement makes patients feel safe, clear, and supported.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Delivery. Drive end-to-end execution of initiatives by collaborating closely with growth, engineering, and content teams, ensuring that changes are implemented to a high standard and align with business, clinical, and brand requirements.
  • Performance Tracking. Define, monitor, and own key metrics across the patient experience; set clear baselines and targets; measure experiment results; and translate data into concrete next steps and recommendations.
  • Build Scalable Systems. Develop processes and workflows that reduce bottlenecks, improve operational efficiency, and enable sustainable growth while maintaining a high-quality patient experience.

Experience Required

  • ~4-5 years’ experience in startups/scaleups, consulting, or similar high-performance fields.
  • Strong analytical skills; confident in Google Sheets/Excel and with data-driven decisions.
  • Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned.
  • Problem-solver who owns outcomes, rolls up sleeves, and gets things done.
  • Passionate about startups, healthcare, and using tech to improve services.
  • People management experience, leading with clarity and empathy.
  • No clinical background required - this is an operations role.
