Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of outdoor advertising campaigns across iProspect clients, ensuring maximum visibility and audience engagement for clients. This role involves identifying optimal locations, negotiating with outdoor advertising vendors, and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns. The planner works closely with the creative and media strategy teams to align advertising strategies with client objectives.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute outdoor media plans for billboard campaigns, based on client objectives, target audience, and budget.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-traffic and high-visibility billboard locations.
  • Analyze audience demographics and traffic patterns to optimize ad placements.

Billboard Placement & Vendor Coordination:

  • Select the most effective billboard locations, including digital and static formats, ensuring high exposure to target demographics.
  • Negotiate pricing and availability with outdoor advertising vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and proper installation of ads.

Client Liaison and Reporting:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding outdoor advertising campaigns.
  • Provide clients & global with regular updates and performance reports related to campaign progress, including metrics such as impressions, reach, and engagement.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to improve future campaigns based on data and insights.

Campaign Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze effectiveness in achieving the client’s goals.
  • Utilize tools to track audience reach, impressions, and ROI.
  • Adjust placements or strategies as needed to enhance campaign outcomes.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Work with creative teams to ensure that designs are appropriate for specific billboard formats, including considerations for visibility, readability, and impact.
  • Review artwork and ensure all materials meet the technical specifications required by billboard vendors.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for billboard campaigns, ensuring optimal spend allocation across placements.
  • Track and report on campaign expenditures to ensure campaigns stay within budget.

Industry Knowledge & Trends:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in outdoor advertising, digital billboards, and innovative media placements.
  • Recommend new opportunities for advertising growth, including emerging media types or locations.

Compliance & Regulations:

  • Ensure that all advertising content adheres to legal and regulatory guidelines for outdoor advertising.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in media planning, with a focus on outdoor advertising or billboard planning.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of media planning and buying strategies, particularly for outdoor advertising.
    • Knowledge of Road 2.0 industry tool
    • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaigns.
    • Proficiency with media planning software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
    • Strong communication and client management skills.
