Senior Officer, Distribution Compensation

The primary focus of this position will support the day-to-day agency operations, validate & process commission and bonuses payment with accounting reporting.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Validate and process payment items for channels

  • Perform account and ledger reporting

  • Handle agency commission and bonus payments accurately in timely manner

  • Prepare tax reporting documents to Inland Revenue Department

  • Support debt management

  • Handle agency enquiries

  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis / projects as assigned by supervisor


Required Qualifications:

  • Degree / diploma holder at any discipline

  • Over 5 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry

  • Mature, responsible and patience

  • Organized and attentive to details

  • Concern for order and quality

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • PC skill in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
