The primary focus of this position will support the day-to-day agency operations, validate & process commission and bonuses payment with accounting reporting.
Position Responsibilities:
Validate and process payment items for channels
Perform account and ledger reporting
Handle agency commission and bonus payments accurately in timely manner
Prepare tax reporting documents to Inland Revenue Department
Support debt management
Handle agency enquiries
Assist in ad-hoc analysis / projects as assigned by supervisor
Required Qualifications:
Degree / diploma holder at any discipline
Over 5 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry
Mature, responsible and patience
Organized and attentive to details
Concern for order and quality
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
PC skill in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
