Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow B2B sales operations, including direct corporate accounts and project-based opportunities.
- Oversee e-store (online) sales channels, ensuring smooth operations, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan, execute, and manage the Employee Purchase Program (EPP), including coordination with internal teams, event arrangement, and monitoring sales performance.
- Take full responsibility for the Video Wall business, including project chasing, proposal preparation, coordination with technical teams, and project closure.
- Identify and develop new business and innovation opportunities aligned with market trends and open business sources (B2G target sales)
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, operations, and technical teams to ensure the timely execution of sales initiatives and projects.
- Oversee digital sales through AYA’s Buy Now, Pay Later program and KPZ Pay Market.
- Identify and establish new collaborations with microfinance companies (Rent 2 Own, +2)
- Manage quarterly MOU process and contract drafting and signing with accounts.
- Track and report daily Sell-Thru and Sell-Out performance.
- Handle Sell-In and Sell-Out processes for direct accounts
- Follow up on credit payments and maintain tracking with distributors and the Thailand finance team.
- Coordinate seasonal roadshows and events in collaboration with dealers, retail team and distributors.
- Other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 5 years in sales, channel and marketing management, channel development, trade marketing, with a background in retail management from consumer electronics products or the FMCG industry is preferable
- Strategic thinking and able to execute to operation task
- Good Attitude with the ability to perform well under high pressure
- Able to communicate in English
