Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

• Monitor and maintain stability of electronic systems, to support Direct Banking’s operations to meets SLA and KPIs.
• Support in new initiatives of various digital systems and projects including voicebot, chatbot, speech analytics, text analytics and biometric authentication which align with Call Centre Transformation Roadmap.
• Participate in initiatives in Direct Banking as product or process owner to ensure the product for the needs of Direct Banking operations and/or extend support to S&D.
• Propose strategies on Direct Banking system and operations to align with corporate business direction.
• Act as a core team member in Direct Banking operations, performance monitoring and analytics, AI training, operating processes development and re-engineering productivity improvement program and production support.
• Analyze data of Direct Banking by using analytic platform such as Tableau and review end to end process to support the formulation of team strategies for customer service and operation process improvements.
• Coordinate between Direct Banking, other departments and external vendors on system project, acquisition, system policy or standard, facility management etc.
• Support ad-hoc tasks to maintain Direct Banking operations.
• Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
• Demonstrates initiative to go beyond the normal routine and look for new ways to add value
Requirements:
Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information System, Marketing, Creative Media or related discipline with strong academic performance.
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Digital Business Analyst, Digital Account Servicing in design agency or similar capacity.
Eyes on detail.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
Highly proficient in Excel is a must.
Experience in Jira and Confluence is a big plus.
Understandings in both the business opportunities and aspects of latest trend of technology.
Understand industry and developments relating to UXUI Design.
Awareness of both quality and risk, especially compliance-related risk and security issues
