This incumbent is to support the HR Business Partner team in delivering talent acquisition, end-to-end HR advisory, and operational support to assigned business units. The role partners closely with business stakeholders to support workforce planning, recruitment delivery while gaining exposure to core HRBP responsibilities.

The Job:

  • Understand hiring managers’ manpower needs and handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for assigned roles.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified talents and build strong connection for upcoming recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate proactively with recruitment agencies to secure timely delivery of high‑quality candidates.
  • Research and provide relevant market insights, including talent landscape updates, competitor information, and emerging industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare hiring data, vacancy tracking, and recruitment reports.
  • Contribute to initiatives such as process improvement, employer branding, policy reviews, and system enhancements.
  • Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR enquiries, escalating complex cases where appropriate. 
  • Build a thorough understanding of assigned business areas, their workforce profile, and people challenges. 
  • Support Senior HRBP on implementing people agenda in assigned business areas
  • Support annual HR cycles including performance management, salary reviews, bonus exercises, and succession planning and ad-hoc assignments as required.

The Person:

  • Degree holder with minimum 6 years of HR experience, ideally in financial services or multinational organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (Recruitment, HRBP, HR Generalist).
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong employment ordinance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools; candidates who can leverage data to drive HR insights is highly preferrable.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Logical, pragmatic problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and work across diverse teams.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.
