Assist and provide support to manager in sales incentive campaigns, maintain the report and reward procedure to increase sales productivity and drive sales targets

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and deliver timely and accurate MIS sales, incentive, and contest reports for management monitoring and decision-making.
  • Support execution of sales incentives and agency campaigns, including progress tracking, final result validation, and reward operations.
  • Conduct performance analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and agency productivity.
  • Handle agency enquiries on performance tracking, contest mechanics, and results with clear and timely resolution.
  • Maintain proper documentation, working files, and progress records in accordance with established control procedures.
  • Support system enhancements and report automation, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, IT, other teams) to support data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and agency initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in sales operations, agency support, reporting, or analytics (insurance/financial services preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage agency enquiries effectively.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Word; knowledge of Power BI / SQL / reporting automation is an advantage.
