The job
We’re looking for a highly capable, hands-on Senior Office Manager to lead and elevate the operations of our London office during an exciting period of growth and office expansion.
This is not a purely administrative role. We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes full ownership of outcomes, and can confidently manage both day-to-day operations and bigger-picture workplace initiatives.
5+ years of experience in Office Management / Workplace Operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proven experience independently running an office and managing external vendors (facilities, cleaning, security, building management, suppliers, etc.)
Strong operational mindset — comfortable handling real-time issues, ambiguity, and ad-hoc challenges without escalation
Demonstrated ability to stay calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
Experience supporting office expansion, scaling, or significant workplace changes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
Solid understanding of UK workplace compliance, health & safety requirements
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel
Experience working in a scaling tech or international company
Experience coordinating corporate travel or exposure to travel management tools (e.g. TravelPerk, Concur)
Experience supporting return-to-office transitions or hybrid workplace models
Own the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the London office, ensuring a seamless, professional, and high-quality workplace experience
Act as the single point of accountability for all on-site operational matters
Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve and scale workplace operations
Support and contribute to London office expansion initiatives and evolving workspace needs
Independently manage all external vendors (cleaning, facilities, maintenance, building management, suppliers, etc.)
Lead contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and service-level improvements
Ensure office infrastructure, supplies, and logistics are consistently maintained at a high standard
Oversee equipment, deliveries, and shipments for both office-based and remote employees
Ensure full compliance with UK health & safety and workplace regulations
Develop, refine, and optimise office processes and operational standards
Support IT with minor onsite equipment coordination
Manage swag inventory and distribution
Partner with People Ops and IT on onboarding and offboarding
Support return-to-office experience and ensure the workplace supports productivity and collaboration
Lead local team-building initiatives, events, and wellbeing activities
Act as a visible, approachable presence in the office, creating a welcoming and well-run environment
Salary starting from £55,000, with flexibility for exceptional senior candidates.

How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
