Qualifications

  • Minimum of  3-5 years of related work experience in either a Tech, Startup, or Rewards environment.

  • Skilled problem solver. Good at narrowing in on the root causes of issues.

  • Naturally curious – wants to understand how things work under the surface

  • Comfortable digesting and analyzing data. Experience using data to drive decision making.

  • Effective communicator, able to simplify complex or technical topics in a clear and concise manner.

  • Experience with process mapping and process improvement are a plus

What You Will Do

The Offer Operations team supports the Marketing function at Air Miles in bringing to life offers that reward collectors and bring them to more moments that matter. With that mandate of reducing risk, improving time to market and driving efficiency, Offer Operations lives at the intersection of Marketing, Ops, and Technology.

As a member of the Offers Operations team, you will become an expert on the systems and processes required to to setup offers with the end goal of ultimately driving process improvement and operational rigour to how we deliver offers across the organization.

How You Will Make Impact

  • Manage day-to-day offer creation in Marketing. From intake to execution, ensure all offers go live on time and are free from error.

  • Lead and deliver projects and initiatives in the Offers domain. Help drive process improvement and business enablement.

  • Improve documentation on the offer creation process. Help the team get better clarity and understanding of the inputs, outputs and systems involved in offer creation.

  • Measure current state performance in offer creation – help the team understand opportunities for improvement and create a measurement methodology to track the effectiveness of said improvements.

  • Develop and drive process improvements to our Marketing Operations ecosystem. Suggest and deliver ideas to help serve collectors faster, reduce risk and improve post live monitoring.

Salary:

$56,000.00 - $103,500.00

The above represents AIR MILES’ pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES’ expected target for the first year in this position.

AIR MILES’ total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
