Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its Council Housing Service, supporting residents to live safely and independently through timely, high‑quality occupational therapy interventions.
This is a senior role with responsibility for managing complex housing‑related OT assessments, contributing to service improvement, and providing professional supervision to junior OTs and staff.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage and deliver complex housing‑related OT assessments and recommendations
- Support residents to maintain independence and safety within their homes
- Work in close partnership with housing, health, and social care colleagues
- Provide professional supervision, guidance, and support to junior OTs and staff
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain professional accountability through regular clinical supervision
- Ensure all practice complies with HCPC standards and Council policies

Qualifications & Experience:
- Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Significant post‑qualification experience
- Experience supervising and supporting staff
- Strong knowledge of housing‑related OT practice and complex case management
