职位目标

负责NKA客户的业务管理和客户关系维护。主要目标是推动NKA客户的销售增长,确保RCRM会员项目和品牌动销活动的顺利实施,协调线上到线下(OTO)活动,提高客户满意度,推动客户的BTC活动,在公司政策和要求下完成销售目标。

主要工作职责

  • 实现年度销售目标:确保完成部门设定的销售额年度目标,通过优化业务活动和客户管理,提高销售业绩。
  • 推动品牌动销活动:组织和推动NKA客户的品牌动销活动,与品牌方协作,制定详细活动计划,并确保活动的顺利执行,提升销售目标和市场覆盖率。
  • 制定并优化RCRM会员项目:制定并优化NKA客户RCRM会员项目方案,确保项目的高效实施,并根据市场需求和客户反馈进行调整,以提升会员满意度和项目效果。
  • 承接并执行客户OTO/BTC活动:负责承接NKA客户的OTO/BTC活动,协调内部资源和外部合作方,确保活动高效实施并满足客户需求,提高客户参与度和活动效果。
  • 协调总部与分部的活动:协调NKA客户总部与各分部的活动安排,确保活动内容和目标一致,及时传递信息并解决问题,提高活动执行效率。
  • 监控和分析项目进展:监控NKA客户的项目进展情况,定期收集客户反馈,进行数据分析,识别潜在问题并提出改进建议,确保项目按计划推进并达到预期目标。
  • 跨部门协作与资源整合:与公司内部相关部门(如市场、销售、财务等)进行高效协作,整合资源,推动公司政策和策略的实施,提升整体运营效率。
  • 报告和汇报:编制并提交NKA客户相关项目的报告,定期向全国重点客户群经理汇报项目进展、客户反馈及市场动态,确保及时了解项目情况并做出决策。

任职条件:

  • 大学专科及以上学历
  • 2-5年以上销售或客户管理经验,有外资企业或大型企业经验者优先
  • 了解商业和零售操作的相关法律法规,具备品牌活动管理经验
  • 客户管理和沟通协调能力
  • 数据分析能力
  • 熟练使用Office操作系统,特别是Excel
  • 具有一定英语听说读写能力
