Senior .NET Engineer

You will take full ownership of the development lifecycle for major features and services. This includes not just writing clean, high-performance code, but also championing a "you build it, you run it" mindset. You will actively build, improve, and utilize our CI/CD pipelines on Azure for automated testing and seamless deployment. 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Build and Deliver High-Impact Solutions: Hands-on design, development, and delivery of high-quality backend services using C#, the latest .NET framework, and a modern microservices architecture. 

• Champion Technical Excellence: Use best practices for code integrity, performance, and security. You will own the quality of your code and mentor others to uphold the same high standards. 

• Contribute to Architectural Vision: Actively participate in system design discussions, bringing your hands-on experience to help the team and Technical Lead make informed decisions. You will be responsible for proving out technical approaches and leading the implementation of key components 

Job Qualifications 

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 4+ years of professional experience designing and building complex, high-performance backend systems. 

• High-level proficiency in C#, the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core / .NET 6+), and web server technologies like IIS/Kestrel. 

• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures. 

• Deep, hands-on experience with CQRS and/or event-driven architectures (e.g., using message brokers like Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka). 

• Strong practical experience with Azure cloud services. 

• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile environment. 

• Strong command of version control systems (Git/GitHub) and collaborative development workflows. 

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). 

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. 

• Familiarity with other database technologies (NoSQL, in-memory caches).
