Senior MRI Radiographer

Springfield Hospital, Chelmsford
Full-time (37.5 hours per week), 12-month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior MRI Radiographer to join our dynamic imaging team at Springfield Hospital. This role requires substantial experience in MRI and the flexibility to work across CT and X-ray modalities. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality diagnostic services while ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the imaging process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality MRI scans with precision and care.
  • Support imaging services across CT and X-ray, with training provided if required.
  • Maintain a patient-centred approach, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
  • Uphold clinical standards and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Key Attributes & Requirements

  • Proven experience in MRI scanning.
  • Competency in CT and X-ray or willingness to train.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent patient care.

About Springfield Hospital

Conveniently located on the outskirts of Chelmsford, Springfield Hospital offers free onsite parking and has an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality healthcare. We serve patients who are self-funding, insured, or referred through the NHS e-referral system.
