Why this role matters:
As a Motion Designer, you will play a key role in shaping Beyond ONE’s visual storytelling through compelling motion graphics, animation, and video content. Your work will help bring campaigns, product launches, app experiences, and digital initiatives to life across multiple brands and markets.
You will contribute to building a consistent and scalable motion design language while enabling high-quality creative execution across social, digital, and performance channels.
Role Purpose
What success looks like: In your first year, you will:
- Deliver high-quality motion graphics and video assets across campaigns, social, digital, and product experiences
- Develop scalable motion templates and creative toolkits that support efficient rollout across markets and formats
- Improve the consistency and quality of motion storytelling across Beyond ONE brands and platforms
- Successfully manage multiple projects and fast turnarounds while maintaining strong creative standards

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Create hero video assets and motion-led key visuals for global and Beyond ONE campaigns
- Edit and produce video content for digital, social, performance, and YouTube formats
- Develop motion graphics and animations for app, product, and ecosystem experiences
- Build master video and motion toolkits that agencies can adapt into multiple sizes, durations, and language versions
- Produce digital marketing video ads and performance assets not covered within agency scope
- Ensure consistency of motion language and standards across brands and markets
- Collaborate with Senior Designers, Creative Directors, Marketing teams, and agencies to interpret briefs and deliver strong AV storytelling
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high production quality
Qualifications & Attributes
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Multimedia, Film, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
- 2-3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design and video editing
- Proven experience delivering digital marketing videos and brand-led motion content
- Experience working in agency, marketing, or fast-paced creative environments
- Demonstrated ability to handle tight timelines and own delivery
Technical Skills:
Must-haves:
- Strong expertise in motion graphics and animation for digital platforms
- Advanced video editing skills with a strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools
- Solid understanding of digital video formats, codecs, and platform requirements
- Strong understanding of brand design and visual consistency
- Ability to deliver final, production-ready video assets independently
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with 3D tools
- Experience creating performance-driven video ads
- Familiarity with Figma, storyboard tools, or collaborative workflows
