We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 & Azure Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure environments within a large corporate setting. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, security, governance, and scalability of collaboration platforms and cloud infrastructure while proactively supporting business operations and modernization initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365 services, Azure infrastructure, governance, automation, and monitoring, along with a proactive mindset and a passion for staying current with Microsoft technologies.
Administer the Exchange Online environment, including user, group, and shared mailboxes, retention policies, and mail flow rules
Support user account lifecycle management and license administration across Microsoft 365 services
Develop, implement, and monitor governance policies for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
Administer the Microsoft Teams environment, including Teams, Meetings, Panels, and Room Devices, leveraging the Call Quality Dashboard for monitoring and troubleshooting
Track the Microsoft 365 roadmap and proactively advise stakeholders on upcoming feature releases, changes, and deprecations
Provision, manage, and monitor Azure IaaS, PaaS, and networking components
Utilize Azure Application Insights, Alerts, Log Analytics, and networking tools to proactively monitor environments and troubleshoot issues
Administer Azure DevOps environments by creating projects, templates, pipelines, and managing user access
Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell scripts and Azure Logic Apps
4+ years of experience administering Azure and Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment
4+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, enterprise environment with changing priorities
Demonstrated mindset of continuous learning and ability to stay current with Microsoft technologies and best practices
Advanced understanding of Azure App Services and load-balancing solutions such as Azure Application Gateway
Deep knowledge of Azure management groups, subscriptions, and resource groups
Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Databases
Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), conditional access policies, and Azure AD Connect
Proven ability to design and maintain secure, scalable, and well-governed cloud environments
Working knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices
