Senior Member Technical – ReactJS – Bengaluru - Hybrid

BU (Business Unit) – GTO - Global Technology and Operations

Global Technology and Operations (GTO) is a leading provider of trade processing technology and managed services for financial services firms. GTO is comprised of a portfolio of solutions serving the Capital Markets, Asset Management and Wealth segments that automate the securities transaction lifecycle of equity, mutual fund, fixed income, foreign exchange and exchange traded derivatives. Our solutions provide automated straight-through-processing operations and enable buy- and sell-side financial institutions to efficiently and cost-effectively consolidate their books and records, gather and service assets under management, focus on their core businesses, and manage risk. We offer advanced solutions to meet our clients’ needs for Front-, Middle-, and Back-Office capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide Level II support for the DLR application, support UAT and related business/project testing activities, resolve functional and technical issues, and triage application problems to the development or system support teams.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of service requests, incidents, and defects raised by internal/external users or testing teams to determine the appropriate course of action and provide timely resolution or escalation.
• Assist testing teams, business users, and project teams by providing support and analysis for DLR processing, application behavior, and environment-related issues during UAT and other supported phases.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues in test and supported environments to ensure smooth functioning of the DLR application within prescribed productivity and service timelines.
• Support the testing of enhancements and fixes and assist functional testing teams in validating that the application is functioning correctly and that changes work in accordance with agreed requirements.
• Recommend solutions and identify required application, configuration, or data corrections that resolve issues impacting users in their day-to-day testing and operational activities.
• Ensure that application setup, static data, and configuration are accurate across supported environments to minimize functional service requests and avoid repeat issues.
• Participate in peer review and issue triage processes to ensure the quality of analysis and the completeness of issues handed off to development or infrastructure support teams.
• Document new or changed operational procedures, known issues, and workarounds associated with development, maintenance, and release activities to support effective day-to-day support.
• Attend support and project status meetings to review open issues, provide updates on unresolved items, represent DLR support activities, and assist in metrics reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 3+ Years of experience in JavaScript with NodeJS, ReactJS etc.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript with a strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals such as prototype inheritance, composition, call back functions etc.
• Experience with JS libraries and frameworks like Node.js, ReactJS, NextJS etc. and packages like express
• Full stack web development using NodeJS, ReactJS
• Experience with JSON message formatting
• Experience with docker
• Good understanding of process managers like pm2, forever etc.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL
• Prior experience in blockchain technologies and US fixed Income business is preferred but not mandatory
