Responsibilities :
Plans, schedules, and makes calls to designated customers, mainly Dermatologists and Aestheticians, to inform about new and existing aesthetic products and explain characteristics and clinical studies conducted
Makes review and analysis of post-call reports in line with meeting set objectives per target customer
Ensures call coverage, call concentration and call reach are achieved as per the standards set by the company
Visits Ax clinics and chain accounts to check product movement and ensures adequate stock levels are maintained
Prepares for monthly business review meetings, analyzes sales data and monitors and records sales performance
Conducts one-on-one product presentations to doctors, and probes for customer needs which can be satisfied by the company
Conducts consistent clinical facilitation to target Doctors to address queries supported by the Regulatory Affairs Manager or Aesthetics Medical Consultant
Provides and accounts for product samples for dermatologists (and other customers) according to company and regulatory standards.
Receives feedback and comments on products from dermatologists (and other customers) and forwards appropriate information to his/her Management
Develops and maintains relationships with chain clinics and dispensing clinic accounts by tracking stock and contract compliance
Maintains proper doctor data base with correct classification, calls and other sales data with ongoing update in computer database
Regularly follows up injectors and clinic orders and inventory and analyzes their business
Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries and other concerns.
Prepares and submits weekly/monthly reports showing call performance, sales, implemented activities and competitive activities
Requirement :
University degree (BS or Master) with medical or business major
Minimum three (3) years work experience gained in a pharmaceutical/dermatology/aesthetics industry
