Own and develop product specifications based on customer, program and internal requirements
Translate customer requirements into clear, structured engineering requirements for mechanical and electro‑mechanical systems
Manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle, including change impact analysis
Act as a technical interface between customers, project management and engineering teams
Support definition of system architecture, interfaces and functional behavior (mechanical and electro‑mechanical scope)
Participate in technical reviews with internal teams and customers
Support risk analysis, requirements verification and validation planning
Support resolution of technical issues and product non‑conformances from a system and requirements perspective
Ensure alignment between product definition, certification requirements and delivered hardware
Contribute to continuous improvement of product definition and engineering processes
6+ years of professional experience in mechanical or electro‑mechanical engineering roles
Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
Strong experience working with product specifications, requirements and customer documentation
Tools and methodology required:
Experience with requirements management and technical documentation
Understanding of system engineering concepts (requirements, interfaces, verification & validation)
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and engineering documentation (creation not required)
Familiarity with PLM / product data environments (Windchill or similar)
Proficient in MS Office
System‑level understanding of mechanical and electro‑mechanical systems, including interfaces and functional behavior
Experience working in aerospace or other regulated / certification‑driven environments is an advantage
Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to different stakeholders
Communicative English skills with solid verbal and written communication abilities
Strong ownership mindset and teamwork skills
Salary range from 12 500 to 18 000 PLN gross – depending on experience
