Create and own solid models and layouts based on design specifications, system requirements and engineering analysis
Develop detailed drawings of parts and assemblies based on layouts and models, including mechanical and electro‑mechanical interfaces
Verify that designs fulfil engineering, technical and industry requirements
Ensure designs meet manufacturability, testability and reliability criteria
Perform and review tolerance stack‑up analysis, including statistical approaches
Actively participate in and lead design reviews
Support prototype builds and laboratory testing of mechanical and electro‑mechanical systems
Analyze test results and support design improvements based on system behavior
Prepare, maintain and archive technical documentation (drawings, BoMs, specifications, procedures)
Collaborate with system, test and manufacturing teams to resolve design and product non‑conformances
6+ years of related professional experience in mechanical design
Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
Strong ability to translate requirements and abstract concepts into functional mechanical designs
Solid system‑level understanding of mechanical systems and their interaction with actuators or sensors
Experience working in regulated or certification‑driven environments is an advantage
Communicative English skills with solid verbal and written communication abilities
Strong ownership mindset and teamwork skills
Tools and methodology required
Very good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Strong proficiency in CAD‑based 2D and 3D applications (CREO preferred)
Experience working with PLM systems (Windchill or similar)
Proficient in MS Office
Salary range from 12 500 to 18 000 PLN gross – depending on experience
