Position Overview and Objective
Arctic Wolf Networks is looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Tech & Budget Specialist to join our Marketing Growth Services & Operations team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the cross functional team in marketing and sales, and work on projects that will have a direct impact on our marketing pipeline contribution. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective use of marketing investments and technology.
This role will bridge the gap between marketing and technology, ensuring that our marketing tools and platforms are optimized to drive business growth. The role will be responsible for managing the marketing tech stack, implementing tools, integrating platforms, and providing analytics support to help improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
The role will also assist to manage and optimize our marketing budgets across multiple channels and campaigns. This role will work closely with marketing, finance, and procurement teams to ensure spending aligns with strategic goals, stays within budget, and delivers maximum return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will bring strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills combined with a solid understanding of marketing operations.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, CMS, analytics tools, and other MarTech platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT to lead the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of platforms like Marketo, Allocadia, 6sense, ZoomInfo, RingLead, CVENT, Broswerstack, Hootsuite, ON24, Sendoso, TechTarget, Qualified, etc.
Act as the Business Administrator for the Marketing Technology stack
Manage development of training to ensure successful onboarding and skills development of marketing team across MarTech stack & business processes
Track and monitor marketing budgets and expenses. Carefully track spending, ensure it aligns with budget, identify discrepancies, and make adjustments as needed.
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports with variance analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Partner with procurement and vendors to track invoices, purchase orders (POs), and contract expenditures.
Work closely with marketing managers to plan, allocate, and reallocate funds as priorities shift.
Help enforce compliance with financial policies, vendor contracts, and budget approval workflows, including financial documentation and budget related communications

Key Competencies
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree focused on marketing, communications, or business.
3+ years of experience in a marketing technology or digital operations role.
3+ years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or marketing operations.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) & Marketing Technologies
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with API integrations, revenue lifecycles, progressive profiling, Ringlead, attribution and BI tools.
Strong understanding of marketing channels and campaign types (digital, paid media, events, etc.).
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with budgeting tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, Workday)
Environment and Physical Demands
Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions in an office environment.
Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity.
If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space.
In the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilize public and private transport and navigate to essential locations.
May include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g., office chair, reams of paper).
