About the Role:

Senior Marketing Specialist for NOAM Medical Education will report directly to the Head of NOAM Healthcare Education Marketing.  This role will focus on strategic portfolio marketing for the medical education market in NOAM.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with commercial, strategy, sales and product on GTM decisions for the NOAM market and lead the subsequent positioning, messaging, branding, sales enablement to ensure new products, initiatives, and enhancements for medical education B2B market decisions are clearly articulated through sound marketing plans and supports the B2B decision-making journey for medical education institutions.
  • Work closely with DTC colleagues on selling models, and GTM strategy that run concurrent to B2B efforts to ensure alignment and optimization of strategy, and messaging to maximize revenue and reach.
  • Develop the key messaging platform that includes efficacy, and draws from continuous research on digital product offerings for medical education to ensure thought leadership resonance for NOAM B2B personas, decision-makers. 
  • Develop and execute dynamic, omni-channel marketing plans  in NOAM markets designed to drive brand awareness, generate leads, takeaway campaign, and retention of current market share. 
  • Optimize NOAM in-person event/exhibition strategy to maximize investment, and identify scalability of strategies across markets. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Preference for B2B product marketing experience, including marketing strategy and event or conference experience
  • Preference for a background in healthcare or medical education space
  • Have a relevant education background.
  • Microsoft Office Suite / Experience with marketing automation systems

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Base Pay Range for CO is $71,600 - $119,400. Base Pay Range for IL is $75,200 - $125,500. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $78,700 - $131,400. Base Pay Range for MD is $75,200 - $125,500. Base Pay Range for NY is $78,700 - $131,400. Base Pay Range for New York City is $85,900 - $143,300. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $71,600 - $119,400. Base Pay Range for OH is $68,000 - $113,400.
