Summary

The Marketing Lead / Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to drive product growth, strengthen market presence, and support commercial excellence. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams, key customers, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing plans and clinical activities. The role also oversees on‑ground implementation of demonstrations, hands‑on sessions, and clinical events related to PSS product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Tactical Marketing

  • Support the Development of annual strategic marketing/operational plan outlining key activities and marketing programs to address the Critical Success Factors.

  • Implement the tactical plan in line with corporate strategic product objectives.

  • Monitor market dynamics and ensure marketing strategies adapt to changes in customer needs, competitive activity, and environmental shifts.

  • Contribute to short- and medium‑term market share and growth planning for individual products

 

Market & Business Intelligence

  • Conduct market research on the product/therapy area, customer base, and competitive landscape.

  • Anticipate emerging trends in disease management, hospital practice, or clinical workflows impacting product performance.

  • Support tracking of product performance, including functional perception and market feedback, and recommend tactical adjustments.

Customer & Sales Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, clinical opinion leaders, and strategic accounts to support current and future business objectives.

  • Ensure alignment and motivation of the sales force with marketing objectives through targeted communication, training, and engagement.

  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Supply Chain, Training, etc.) during the planning and execution of marketing activities.

 

Promotional Activities & Materials

  • Oversee the development and localization of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand and compliance guidelines.

  • Collaborate with agency partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality marketing assets and campaigns.

Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Assist in setting sales and production forecasts and monitor performance against targets.

  • Identify opportunities in pricing, product mix, and portfolio optimization.

On‑Ground Execution & Clinical Engagement

  • Identify opportunities in pricing, product mix, and portfolio optimization.

  • Product demonstrations, hands‑on sessions, clinical workflow simulations, bed demos and feature showcases, product education during conferences, workshops, and events

Competencies required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business Marketing - Ideally a Post Graduate Marketing Qualification).

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing/sales within medical devices, healthcare, or a similar regulated environment.

  • Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic will be an asset.

  • Strong understanding of hospital workflows, clinical environments, and HCP engagement preferred.

  • Proven experience in product marketing, event execution, and customer-facing activities.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
