Job Description Summary
The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for partnering on the strategy, development and execution of Marketing strategies for the Americas. Daily responsibilities include managing the Marketing efforts, creative strategy, as well as creating, designing, and developing, material as needed. This position is a part of the Americas Marketing team and will collaborate with regional and corporate Marketing teams to execute strategic vision of special projects and as requested by fee-earners and broader Service Delivery teams. The Senior Marketing Specialist is ultimately accountable for providing an exceptional level of marketing support and expertise.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Specialist is responsible for working on the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives for Americas service lines and product types
- Responsibilities may include managing proactive marketing initiatives and creative strategy as well as creating and developing materials as needed.
- Collaborate with our Global Marketing & Research organization to develop a robust marketing strategy that connects with our clients and prospects, drives revenue and increases brand awareness
- Partner with business leadership to understand business objectives and align marketing plan to these initiatives
- Partner with other service line marcom professionals to share best practices, key insights, and competitive intelligence, and coordinate on overall talent management
- Serve as a thought leader by developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the business, including key trends, client needs & wants, competitive analysis, future threats and opportunities, etc.
- Optimize impact of marketing spend, ensure overall achievement of financial and other targets using a robust set of key performance indicators
- Provide oversight and direction, ensure global standards are applied, and brand positioning is supported for all marcom activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing & Communications preferred
- 3-5 years of marketing and/or communications experience preferred
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to interface and communicate with internal clients
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
- Marketing and communications experience within Commercial Real Estate industry would be ideal, interest is a must
- Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all executed activities with minimal supervision

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 78,200.00 - $92,000.00
