Senior Marketing Program Manager – Hospital Programs (TAVI)

Italy-Remote Full time

Lead the development and deployment of hospital treatment pathway program to convey solve capacity bottlenecks within EU hospital aiming at ensuring safe and effective patient treatment while maximizing the organizational and economic performance of TAVI programs with the SAPIEN platform in a context of growth. Lead current initiatives within the marketing team and drive the execution of a strategic pillar of Edwards THV: optimize TAVI programs with the SAPIEN platform and hospitals growth with Edwards.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Evolution of current programs to further integrate offering into a single impactful program addressing hospital needs. Design test and adjust t program evolution and strategic development for the future
  • Ensure strong and impactful communication:
    • Externally to program faculty, target hospitals as well and any stakeholder in the program environment
    • Internally to field teams (trainings and engagement), marketing partners as well as company leadership, creating engagement and highlighting the impact of programs
  • Manage relationship with program faculty to ensure strong alignment and continuous evolution of the program to meet the demand and evolving context of patient treatment in Europe

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree 10 years of work-related experience required
    or
  • Master's Degree or equivalent 6 years of work-related experience
    working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry with strong program management component

What else we look for:

  • Significant experience in strategy, hospital program management, hospital strategic role experience in healthcare (e.g. medical devices, pharmaceutical industries or hospitals)
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and HCPs
  • Experience working in Global, Regional, and/or Local marketing environment
  • Demonstrated success with marketing, business and/or strategic credibility based on integrity and a track record of achievement in delivering on large and/or multiple programs and influencing business outcomes
  • Strong analytic and project management skills combined with ability to lead execution
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal. Several European languages preferred (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish)
  • Experience in program development
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including sales & marketing leadership
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to represent leadership while working closely with cross-functional team, marketing peers and leaders and managing needs and messaging to upper management
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Travel Requirements:

  • % Domestic and international travel up to 40%
