Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and RACI frameworks across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Track, measure, and report on program health, KPIs, and progress to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor or agency relationships where applicable.
2. Process Design & Team Operations
Partner with Demand Generation team leaders to design, document, and implement scalable processes and operating frameworks within a newly formed function.
Establish intake, prioritization, and workflow management systems that drive team efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
Develop and maintain shared tools, templates, and documentation to support consistency, repeatability, and best practices across the team.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, regularly identifying opportunities to streamline operations and reduce friction.
3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a central point of coordination between Demand Generation, Campaign Management, Data & Analytics, Paid Media, and broader M&C functions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional marketing leads, global business stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure alignment and shared accountability.
Facilitate working sessions, steering committees, and cross-team reviews with clarity, structure, and follow-through.
Communicate program status, decisions, and changes clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite and senior leadership.
4. Strategic Leadership
Contribute to the broader evolution of the Demand Generation team from a traditional marcomm function to a performance-driven marketing organization.
Lead the development of team operating rhythms including planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, and initiative retrospectives.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and collaborative execution.
Act as a thought partner to the Head of Demand Generation on organizational priorities, resource planning, and team scalability.
