TITLE: Senior Marketing Operations Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager of ABM and AI is responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing Duck Creek’s marketing technology ecosystem to support global demand generation. The role carries responsibility for defining the processes, systems, and methods necessary to accomplish established objectives. The individual manages core marketing systems, data structures, AI driven workflows, and account-based marketing operations that enable accurate targeting, efficient execution, and measurable pipeline impact. The role partners with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Demand Generation to ensure the marketing engine functions with precision, scalability, and alignment across teams.

  • Own the execution, optimization, and governance of Duck Creek’s ABM and marketing technology stack.
  • Design and manage AI driven workflows including insights, personalization, scoring, and routing.
  • Develop scalable ABM programs that support pipeline acceleration and sales alignment.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to identify and activate high intent accounts.
  • Lead operational design for multi channel campaigns across email, ads, events, and sales plays.
  • Maintain data governance, segmentation, enrichment, and account hierarchy structures.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for ABM performance, funnel efficiency, and pipeline impact.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows, nurture programs, scoring logic, and integrations.
  • Evaluate and optimize new AI tools that support personalization and operational scale.
  • Align with Sales Operations on account structures, lifecycle stages, and reporting standards.
  • Provide data driven insights and recommendations to improve targeting and campaign impact.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements and internal operational best practices.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:

REQUIRED:

  • Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Marketing Operations, ABM, Marketing Technology, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, ABM, or Revenue Operations (SaaS or enterprise technology preferred).
  • Experience working in data-driven, high-growth B2B organizations with complex buying committees.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in marketing workflows (e.g., generative AI, predictive scoring, AI enrichment, or AI-based orchestration platforms).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:

  • Hands-on expertise with Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CRM (Salesforce), and ABM platforms (ZoomInfo or Demandbase).
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools, including dynamic content creation, workflow automation, and predictive analytics.
  • Proficient in segmentation, data modeling, intent data activation, scoring logic, and account hierarchy management.
  • Experience supporting account-based programs with Sales Directors and demand generation marketers.
  • Ability to interpret data, forecast impact, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong process design, project management, and operational rigor.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Salesforce reporting, or similar).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Actual compensation for this role is determined based on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location, where permitted by law.

For reference, the expected salary range for this position is generally positioned as follows based on candidate location:

  • 123,100 – 175,800: Candidates living in the Boston, New York City–Newark, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, Seattle, or Washington, DC metropolitan areas
  • 117,300 – 167,500: Candidates living in Chicago, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Minneapolis, or Philadelphia metropolitan areas, or in Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Rhode Island, or Vermont
  • 111,400 – 159,200: Candidates living in Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Oregon, or Wisconsin
  • 98,700 – 154,200: For all other U.S. locations

This position is also eligible for annual bonus compensation, subject to plan terms and individual eligibility.

Final compensation will be determined based on the factors outlined above and in accordance with applicable law.
