Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager for Customer Experience & Growth will be responsible for leading initiatives that deliver a consistent, elevated brand experience for WaveMark customers. This role will be instrumental in enabling expansion and growth opportunities within our existing customer base, ensuring our marketing efforts drive engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value.

To thrive in this role, the Senior Marketing Manager must be a strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and a deep understanding of customer-centric marketing. Success will require the ability to translate insights into impactful programs, collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, and maintain a high standard of quality, accuracy and consistency in customer-facing materials. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and passionate about driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and growth through thoughtful marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead market research initiatives to measure customer satisfaction with the WaveMark solution and identify opportunities for improvement; leading action planning efforts across the entire WaveMark organization
  • Partner closely with Customer Success team to identify target accounts for expansion and key renewals and lead development of resources or enablement tools to drive faster recognition of expansion or upgrade opportunities
  • Support the development of standardized resources and outreach strategies to engage decision-makers within our customer base.
  • Contribute to the creation and evolution of Strategic Business Review content to support meaningful customer conversations.
  • Develop and maintain resources that ensure a consistent and elevated onboarding experience for new customers.
  • Lead efforts to foster and enable customer advocacy, including identifying and nurturing customer champions.
  • Partner closely with the Product Managers and Senior Marketing Manager for Product Commercialization to support new product launches and drive pull-through within the existing customer base.
  • Work collaboratively to develop the mechanisms and means to communicate project progress to keep leadership and key cross-functional members informed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with brand-building marketing and B2B marketing, with a focus on customer experience, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing, is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare, SaaS, or technology industry is desired
  • Experience working and collaborating with a sales or commercial team
  • Exhibits an ability to translate market and customer needs into clearly defined goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive sales & profitability for the business.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of marketing disciplines and concepts necessary for building a business & marketing plan, this includes identifying the appropriate channels to market.
  • Has the ability to understand market trends and competitive positioning and implications on go-to-market strategy
  • Experience and comfort with data, specifically utilizing industry performance metrics to inform performance and insights for customer base and develop appropriate action plans or develop return on investment analysis
  • Demonstrates strong financial acumen and logical decision making in the general business environment.  Understands and can demonstrate sound thought processes as it relates to pricing, deal structure and assessing financial implications
  • Experience working independently, using good judgment and leadership abilities to manage short and long-term priorities and projects
  • Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and demonstration of managing timelines
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Travel required – up to 10%

Anticipated salary range: $105,100 - $150,100
