What the Role Entails
With our strong international growth, Tencent Cloud International is now looking for an experienced B2B Event Marketing Manager who will support the B2B marketing initiatives (webinars, events, and exhibitions) across different markets in North America and LATAM. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns, and steering data-driven content strategies. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and innovation, you will take the lead in developing both online and offline events and spearhead efforts in public relations to enhance our business reputation. In close collaboration with the sales teams, you will produce sales enablement resources that harmonize with our brand's identity, values, and objectives, ultimately driving growth and prosperity.
- Responsible for strategic planning and the effective execution of marketing to develop Tencent Cloud’s B2B business in North America and LATAM regions.
- Implement strategic event marketing plans and align them with overall business objectives.
- Organize local webinars, events, and exhibitions to promote Tencent Cloud's presence.
- Proactively identify and pursue local partnership and sponsorship opportunities, engage with the community, and actively seek awards to enhance Tencent Cloud's business in North America and LATAM regions.
- Drive marketing leads generation efforts and ensure timely follow-up to maximize ROI.
- Manage local social media pages to facilitate effective communication and engagement with the target audience, ensuring a strong online presence for Tencent Cloud.
- Work hand in hand with the sales teams to craft a sales playbook that incorporates well-aligned strategies and resources for sales enablement.
- Engage and work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams to fully utilize global event marketing resources and consistent messages to nurture business growth.
Who We Look For
- 5-8 years’ B2B event marketing experience from cloud and technology industry. Experience in North America and LATAM regions is preferred . A good track record in B2B event marketing outputs with a good mix of ATL, BTL, digital and performance marketing strategies.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin with international teams preferred but not required.
- Motivated and proactive with strong start-up mentality to build things from scratch.
- Good organizational and project management skills with strategic and sales driven mindset and an ability to multi-task and deliver independently.

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $97,500.00 to $183,500.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
