Job Summary

Purpose of Role:
To develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies that promote the organisation’s corporate citizenship, sustainability, and social impact initiatives. The role is responsible for strengthening brand reputation, stakeholder trust, and employee engagement through impactful storytelling, partnerships, and responsible business messaging aligned with the brand and corporate strategy.

Job Description

Key Focus Areas:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate citizenship marketing strategies aligned with business and sustainability objectives.

  • Lead IMC and corporate affair campaigns the CC roadmap and strategic pillars

  • Focus on building brand cosiderations and revenue in the youth segments

  • Manage content creation across digital, social, media, and internal communication platforms.

  • Support annual sustainability or integrated reporting communications.

  • Collaborate with GMCA, support functions and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Build relationships with community partners, NGOs, and industry stakeholders to amplify impact.

  • Monitor brand sentiment and reputation related to corporate citizenship initiatives.

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and stakeholder engagement metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical marketing standards.

  • Strong understanding of segments, youth and corporate citizenship frameworks.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Diploma, or B Tech [NQF 7]

  • Field of Study (Preferred): Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations

  • 5-12 years experience in marketing including a track record of 3 years in a people management position.

  • Experience in youth, woman or purpose-led brand marketing.

  • Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
