Role Overview:
Drive the regional marketing strategy across priority Asia markets to accelerate revenue growth, expand pipeline, and strengthen brand presence.
This role shapes how Genesys engages enterprise and mid market customers, partners, and ecosystems across Asia, translating global priorities into locally resonant programs that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
You will operate with significant autonomy, influencing cross functional stakeholders and owning integrated, multi channel initiatives that directly impact regional performance.

Your leadership will connect strategy to execution, ensuring marketing investment fuels sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Develop and execute integrated regional marketing strategies aligned to Asia revenue and growth objectives, translating global priorities into localised programs across enterprise, mid-market, and partner segments.
Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns (digital, ABM, events, webinars, trade shows, and partner initiatives) to drive pipeline growth, brand expansion, and ROI.
Own regional pipeline targets and joint marketing plans with strategic channel partners and systems integrators.
Analyse marketing and sales performance data to identify opportunities, optimize campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams (PR, Digital, Channel, Customer Advocacy, Global Programs) to ensure aligned and cohesive go-to-market execution.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across geographies, mentor team members, and implement clear processes and performance metrics to ensure delivery against regional objectives.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the IT, SaaS, or CCaaS industry.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English is required, with the ability to develop localized marketing messaging and engage effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Proven experience managing marketing programs with direct impact on regional revenue and pipeline targets.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate content and campaign delivery, and improve data-driven decision-making while maintaining quality and brand standards.
Advanced knowledge of B2B marketing across the full marketing mix, including digital, events, partner marketing, and account-based marketing.
Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation tools, CMS platforms).
Demonstrated ability to solve complex marketing challenges using data and strategic evaluation.
Experience working within matrixed, cross-functional, and multinational organizations.
Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
