SUMMARY
The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of HOKA’s omni-channel marketing communications and consumer activations in Hong Kong and Macau. This role plays a critical part in delivering 360° integrated campaigns, consumer engagement events, and PR initiatives to build brand love and awareness in the local market. The role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate strategic priorities into impactful, consumer-facing activities.
Key objectives include driving campaign reach and engagement, ensuring seamless event and activation delivery, supporting consumer acquisition and retention initiatives, and producing post-campaign performance recaps to guide future marketing strategies. The Senior Marketing Executive will work closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager, external agency partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and effectively resonate with local consumers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Integrated Marketing and Campaign Execution
- Execute and support 360° integrated marketing plans across Hong Kong and Macau, spanning multiple direct-to-consumer channels
- Develop and implement engaging consumer acquisition campaigns across (but not limited to) display, social, affiliates, PR and media, while supporting consumer retention goals and LTV
- Ensure campaigns align with business priorities and coordinate all required assets, information and cross-functional inputs
- Liaise with agency partners and internal teams to deliver high-quality content, activations, events, and sponsorships

Reporting on Campaign Performance and Market Intelligence
•Coordinating and compiling marketing performance recaps and post-campaign reports
•Stay up to date on industry trends, new tools, and best practices to help improve campaign performance and measurement

Other administrative / adhoc tasks
- Support daily marketing operations including logistics, delivery coordination, marketing asset tracking, and swag management
- Manage specific projects from briefing to fruition as outlined by the Assistant Marketing Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Any Certifications Required
- University degree or above.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken); Mandarin a plus.
Year(s) of Experience & Background Required
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in lifestyle, sportswear, consumer goods, or agency environment
- Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
