Senior Marketing Designer

You Are:

A highly experienced designer with a passion for marketing and a sharp eye for detail. As a Senior Marketing Designer at Connecteam, you’ll be a key part of our creative team, tackling our most complex and high-impact projects. You’re someone who knows how to take a brief and turn it into a high-end visual reality, across any platform. You’re a pro at balancing pixel-perfect execution with the fast pace of a growing startup, and you’re ready to take on creative projects from concept to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Execution: Take charge of complex design projects, from the initial "why?" all the way to the final pixel (or print file). You’ll manage the process, the timeline, and the quality of your output.
• Evolving the Brand: Work closely with the creative team to keep our visual identity fresh and premium. You’ll ensure the Connecteam brand remains consistent and unmistakable across every touchpoint.
• Digital & Physical Assets: Move seamlessly between designing high-converting digital assets (landing pages, ads) to creating immersive physical experiences for our global conferences (booths, swag, and print collateral).
• Collaborative Partnership: Partner closely with Content, Events, HR, and Product Marketing to bring a design-first perspective to every project, elevating the work of the entire company.
• Design Excellence: Be a go-to person for high-level design within the team. You’ll ensure that whether it’s a sales deck, a recruitment post, or a massive billboard, the result is polished and on-brand.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in marketing design at a product company, startup, or agency – Required
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital marketing work, strong typography, and layout skills – Required
• Degree in Visual Communication / Graphic Design – Required
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite – Required
• Experience with both digital assets and physical/print production (events, booths, etc.) – Required
• Experience in B2B or SaaS – Required
• Excellent English communication skills – Required
• Motion design / After Effects skills / AI tools – Advantage
