BIS Safety Software is a SaaS company on a mission to change how organizations manage safety, learning, and compliance. As we continue to grow, clear and consistent messaging across our marketing channels is increasingly important. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Copywriter who can help lead that effort.
About this role:
You'll own the quality, clarity, and consistency of BIS marketing messaging. You will work closely with marketing leadership to understand the company’s positioning and translate it into clear, compelling copy across a wide range of channels. This includes everything from advertising and website content to buyer guides, campaigns, product messaging, and video scripts.
The role requires someone who enjoys thinking deeply about how customers interpret messaging, and how different audiences respond to different types of communication. At BIS, copywriting is not simply writing. It is about understanding the psychology of buyers and shaping how the market understands our product.
What does success look like in this role?
Speed of output, and strong technical understanding of our digital product. We produce a high volume of marketing content across campaigns, website pages, guides, and digital initiatives. The right candidate can write quickly while maintaining clarity and quality. And copywriting is not treated as a support function. This role has real influence over how the company communicates with the market.
This is an in-person role in our Sherwood Park, Alberta office.
