Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead strategic, revenue-driving programs across our B2B SaaS portfolio. This role sits within the Campaign Center of Excellence and owns integrated campaign strategy from planning through performance optimization. You will lead Account-Based Marketing initiatives, with deep expertise in 6sense to identify, prioritize, and engage high-value accounts. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital teams, you will align campaigns to business goals and pipeline targets. This is a highly visible role for someone who blends strategic thinking with strong execution. What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end campaign strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth across priority segments.
• Own and scale Account-Based Marketing programs using 6sense to identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts.
• Translate company growth objectives into integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, content, paid media, and events.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on account selection, messaging, activation, and follow-up strategy.
• Use intent data, buying stage insights, and engagement signals to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure measurable return on investment.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear reporting tied to pipeline and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine positioning and ensure consistent messaging across the buyer journey.
• Drive alignment across marketing, sales development, and operations to optimize lead management and account engagement.
• Mentor team members and contribute to best practices within the Campaign Center of Excellence.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of a degree.
• 8 or more years of experience in B2B marketing within a SaaS organization.
• 3 or more years of direct experience leading Account-Based Marketing strategy and execution.
• 2 or more years of hands-on experience with 6sense, including account targeting, segmentation, and campaign orchestration.
• Proven success driving measurable pipeline growth in partnership with enterprise sales teams.
• Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and intent signals to inform targeting and campaign optimization.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Travel is required: No.
• Familiarity with enterprise data, analytics, or automation solutions is a plus.
