Reporting to the Director of CenterWell Home Solutions Marketing, the Senior Marketing Associate (Senior Product Marketer) will play a leading role consulting with business partners to understand business goals, develop data-driven strategies to meet those objectives, lead a cross-functional team through flawless execution, and measure success so we can continuously improve our efforts. Key Role Functions
Develop and lead B2B sales engagement campaigns to promote new patient acquisition, clinical services, and advanced clinical programs
Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, collateral creation, and communications for provider audiences who recommend home health services to their patients
Maintain and update sales engagement resources and collateral, oversee marketing requests, and manage asset inventory
Oversee patient marketing communications, including Start of Care kits and patient loyalty programs, ensuring compliance and consents are maintained
Define and monitor campaign objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics; provide regular updates to sales leadership
Manage vendor relationships and campaign budgets, ensuring effective project execution
Analyze business opportunities using historical data, consumer research, and competitive intelligence
Optimize marketing activities through analytics and report marketing performance to key business partners

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in direct response marketing, digital marketing, sales enablement marketing, or related field
Experience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics; comfortable working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations
Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs
Excellent planning and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to implement projects and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that achieve business goals
Strong business acumen skills, including comfort with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
Demonstrated leadership ability
Experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
Experience in B2B marketing or sales enablement marketing
