The Senior Marketing Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between global marketing strategy and regional execution across priority EMEA markets. This role is responsible for adapting global marketing programs for regional audiences, localizing campaigns and content, and ensuring Slack is integrated into Salesforce customer events and marketing programs throughout the region.
Working closely with regional field marketing teams, sales, and product marketing, this role will execute programs that drive pipeline generation, analyze performance data, and optimize marketing effectiveness. This is an execution-focused role that translates headquarters strategy into regional action across 3-5 priority EMEA markets.
Adapt global marketing programs for EMEA audiences by updating presentations with local customer examples, regional statistics, and market-relevant content
Coordinate timing and delivery of marketing programs across priority EMEA markets
Work with regional marketing teams to ensure programs are culturally and commercially relevant for local audiences
Support sales enablement by coordinating execution timelines and keeping regional teams informed
Regionalise marketing assets including presentations, one-pagers, email templates, and webinar content for EMEA markets
Coordinate regional activations including webinars and demand generation campaigns
Ensure Slack is prominently represented in Salesforce-owned customer events including World Tours, Innovation Days, and Industry Cloud Summits
Track campaign performance and report results to optimize future programs
Execute lead generation activities and coordinate lead performance initiatives with sales development teams
Build and maintain performance dashboards using Tableau and business intelligence tools
Analyze marketing performance across EMEA markets to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
Track which segments, activities, and programs drive the strongest results
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to marketing and sales leadership
Monitor competitive performance and identify areas of market strength
Serve as the primary liaison for Slack with regional marketing teams, ensuring Slack is well-represented in regional marketing programs and customer events
Build and maintain relationships with field marketing, sales, product marketing, and event teams
Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and escalate risks proactively
Coordinate across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups
Ensure consistent Slack messaging and presence across EMEA programs
3-5 years experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, product marketing or similar role within a technology or SaaS company - experience across disciplines is a bonus!
Demonstrated track record of program management and cross-functional collaboration
Experience helping run and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and lead generation programs
Proven success in meeting or exceeding lead generation and pipeline targets
Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics and enterprise software sales cycles
Proficiency in Slack, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau
Working knowledge of campaign management platforms and webinar technologies
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools (Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot)
Strong program and project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who works independently while collaborating effectively across teams and time zones
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
Experience working across diverse markets and cultural contexts within the EMEA region
