About the role
As a Senior Analyst, Marketing, you will be a key contributor to category strategy and execution, helping guide both short‑ and long‑term business decisions. You will serve as a subject‑matter expert on category landscape, business performance, and budget details, supporting monthly and annual planning routines.
In this role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional commercialization teams and external partners to deliver sales‑driving initiatives across product, packaging, and in‑store merchandising. This position is best suited for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, data‑literate, and action‑oriented, with the ability to work effectively across functions to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
What you’ll do
Lead the development and execution of short‑ and long‑term marketing support plans
Organize and guide cross‑functional teams and external agencies to commercialize packaging, renovation, and in‑store merchandising initiatives
Support annual planning and portfolio growth by generating insights and executing key projects
Monitor business performance, category landscapes, and consumer and industry trends to surface insights and recommend actions that drive results
Own innovation, renovation, base trend, and advertising & consumer promotion (A&C) forecasts for the demand review process
Provide input to Finance on business outlook, key drivers, and performance expectations
Build expertise in data analysis tools to support decision‑making and performance evaluation
What we’re looking for
2+ years of experience in a related field; marketing experience preferred
Strong ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable business insights
Demonstrated passion for understanding consumer culture, behaviors, and trends
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage timelines
Critical thinker and self‑starter who can manage competing priorities with urgency
Collaborative communicator who can clearly and concisely share insights, updates, and recommendations

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
