The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings strong organizational, collaborative, interpersonal, and adaptive skills. This role is part of a program delivery team responsible for implementing innovative residential energy-efficiency programs on behalf of a client serving Oregon customers.

Lead contractor outreach, recruitment, enrollment, and participation by clearly communicating program requirements and developing effective engagement strategies
Attend project and stakeholder meetings, disseminate program information, and help deliver educational workshops, contractor trainings, and other public-facing engagements
Track and report on market activity, document stakeholder interactions, and prepare written summaries to inform program design, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
Travel regularly throughout a defined territory in Oregon to meet with program partners, support events, and represent the program in the field, including occasional evenings or weekends
Work independently with minimal supervision to manage multiple priorities, applying strong organizational, communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
