Job Description Summary
As Senior Manufacturing Scientist you will be part of the global product management (GPM) team. You will provide manufacturing and QC analytical support for GE Healthcare PET drug products. This will include providing expert knowledge and guidance to regional teams, developing and improving the processes (life cycle and NPI), reviewing and approving technical documents, training and mentoring the regional teams and representing the GPM team in strategic decision making. This role offers the opportunity for a remote work set-up in Netherlands with frequent visits to our manufacuutring site in Eindhoven.

Essential Responsibilities
- You will be the subject matter expert for the commercial manufacture and release of the GE HealthCare PET drug product Flyrcado;
- Ensure the regional teams network is aligned with best practices for the manufacture and release of Flyrcado;
- Identify gaps in the existing processes and propose solutions. Create or refine procedures, guidelines, and standard work documents;
- Validate documents, workflows, product specifications, or training materials;
- Provide training sessions, workshops, or one‑on‑one coaching and help develop the capability of the broader team;
- Provide input to leadership on new initiatives and help shape long term strategies and product roadmaps.
Basic Requirements
- This role requires a knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, combined with significant experience in the PET Radiochemistry and problem solving;
- Must have radiopharmaceutical manufacturing or QC analytical knowledge (HPLC & GC);
- Strong problem-solving abilities, working remotely with data and troubleshooting. Data analysis and statistics skills are particularly important;
- Knowledgeable with PET equipment, HPLC, GC, PET synthesis platforms, Cyclotrons, ion chambers, dispensing systems;
- Able to provide scientific and technical guidance across global functions and the business;
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs or projects. Ability to document, plan and execute projects;
- Comfortable running risk assessments, generating protocols and reports and applying scientific rigor.
