The Senior Manager/ Associate Director, Brokerage is accountable for develop and implement successfully IFA/local broker distribution strategy to achieve the desired growth and sustainable long-term profitability in the brokerage channel.
Position Responsibilities:
Implement strategy plans set out by the department to penetrate appropriate customer segments via Brokerage channel to drive a balance product mix and to reach the business growth
Establish long-term relationship and close partnership with brokerage companies to drive business growth and fulfill sales targets assigned
Conduct market research and analysis and keep abreast of latest market trend and information
Proactively communicate with business partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business alignment, processes and drive results
Establish good relationship with frontline and business partners to promote health and protection insurance business
Support and back up respective channels as assigned by team head
Required Qualifications:
Degree holder with major in Business or Finance
At least 8 years in marketing field
Demonstrable track record of successs
Able to create a positive work relationship internally and externally
Strong interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
Good customer service and continuous improvement orientation
Good leadership and teamwork
PC literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
