Today Peregrine supports hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, serving more than 125 million people — and we’re amplifying our impact as we expand into the enterprise and internationally.
The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Workplace Services to lead facilities strategy and in-office experience for our San Francisco headquarters, as well as for our workplace operations in New York, DC, and emerging international offices.
This is a high-impact leadership role that will ensure our offices reflect the professionalism, quality, and operational excellence that define Peregrine. You will oversee facilities operations, lease strategy, vendor management, and workplace experience — balancing hospitality, operational rigor, and financial discipline. More importantly, this role is highly impactful strategically, operationally, and culturally. You are critical both to our growth as a company and to the business.
In this role, you are always 5 steps ahead. You move quickly, but you’re methodical and thoughtful. If you are energized by championing exceptional workplace environments, leading distributed coordinators, and owning both the day-to-day details and long-term space strategy, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of Peregrine's San Francisco Office, ensuring a polished, high-functioning, and welcoming environment for employees, candidates, customers, and executive leadership
- Own in-office experience and logistics, including:
- Creating a consistently high-quality employee and visitor experience
- Coordinating onsite meetings, executive visits, customer engagements, recruiting events, and team offsites
- Supporting onboarding setup, including workspace preparation and badge access coordination
- Lead facilities operations and vendor management, including building management, janitorial services, security, food and beverage, office supplies, HVAC, maintenance, and service contracts—ensuring service quality and accountability
- Support office growth and space strategy, including:
- Evaluating square footage needs relative to headcount growth projections
- Managing buildouts, reconfigurations, and furniture installations
- Partnering with external brokers, architects, and contractors
- Own lease management and landlord relationships, including:
- Serving as primary liaison with property management
- Monitoring lease terms, renewal timelines, and key obligations
- Partnering with Finance and Leadership on renewals, expansions, or re-negotiations
- Supporting lease negotiations, extensions, and amendments to ensure cost-effective and flexible space solutions
- Oversee and support Workplace Coordinators in NY, DC, and emerging international offices, ensuring consistent standards, shared best practices, budget alignment and a unified Peregrine workplace experience across locations
- Ensure workspace safety and operational standards, including ADA accessibility, fire/life/safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and adherence to local and state requirements
- Drive cost management and budget accountability for facilities spend, identifying efficiencies while maintaining a high-quality work environment
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or office leadership roles for high-growth technology companies
- Experience managing commercial leases and landlord relationships
- Demonstrated experience overseeing distributed workplace or facilities teams
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Experience managing facilities budgets and driving cost efficiency
- Experience leading buildouts, renovations, or multi-site space planning initiatives
- Strong attention to detail with a service-oriented and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leadership, Finance, IT, People, and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work from our SF office 5 days/week
