About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Unmanaged IT & Consumer PCs Marketing to lead HP’s marketing execution for one of the company’s fastest-growing hybrid segments: consumers, creators, SOHO buyers, and unmanaged IT users.
This role owns the end-to-end marketing engine for Consumer PCs, while also integrating select ACS/HPS categories (Poly audio/video and Z Workstations for creators and prosumers) that increasingly power home office and hybrid workflows.
You’ll translate global and North America strategies into locally resonant, full-funnel campaigns across media, influencer, retail, and digital—ensuring that HP shows up with a unified, modern story across PCs, peripherals, and hybrid-work solutions.
You will partner closely with Retail Marketing, Category, ACS/HPS, and the NA Marketing Strategy & Planning teams to connect upper-funnel storytelling with retailer.com performance, in-store consistency, and conversion-driving experiences.
This role combines creative leadership, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional partnership across HP’s Consumer and ACS/HPS organizations.
What You’ll Do
Lead HP’s Unmanaged IT & Consumer PC marketing team, driving integrated execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Translate global and NA strategy into actionable go-to-market plans across PCs, Poly peripherals, and Z Workstations for creators/prosumers.
Connect Consumer PC and ACS/HPS narratives into one unified story that resonates with consumers, SOHO, creators, and hybrid workers.
Partner closely with Retail Marketing to:
Extend full-funnel storytelling through retailer.com, retail media, PDPs, and in-store experiences.
Ensure campaign messages translate seamlessly into conversion-driving retail assets.
Support retailer relationships with category-aligned briefs, assets, and calendars.
Oversee orchestration and creative development across media, influencer, and retail activation.
Optimize media and creator partnerships to reach consumers, creators, and hybrid office users.
Drive tight collaboration with Category, ACS/HPS, Sales, and WW teams.
Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics with a clear focus on ROI.
Develop and coach a high-performing team of campaign and channel specialists.
What You Bring
10+ years of integrated marketing experience, ideally in consumer tech, hybrid work, peripherals, or electronics.
Proven record leading marketing teams and delivering full-funnel campaigns in the US market.
Strong expertise in media, creator/influencer marketing, and retail/ecommerce activation.
Experience marketing to consumers, creators, SMB/SOHO, or unmanaged IT buyers is a strong plus.
Excellent cross-functional and senior stakeholder management.
Data-driven decision making and performance discipline.
Passion for technology, consumer insight, and hybrid-work innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in PCs, peripherals, workstations, or communication devices.
Knowledge of retailer.com, retail media, and in-store retail landscapes.
Experience working in a matrixed global–regional–local model.
Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution leadership
