We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Transformation to lead end-to-end processes & systems optimization projects, to digitally connect our data flow resulting in a state-of-the-art operation. This senior managerial role will direct a cross functional team from key areas of the organization, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Digital Technology and others.

On a typical day you will:

  • Identify and implement processes & systems improvements, aiming for optimized materials planning processes, seamless data flow, and enabling systems. Drive higher operational performance by improving KPIs such as OTD (on-time delivery) and reducing lead time for our NE & MOD businesses.   

  • Improve change management - change notice (CN) implementation process. Streamline the new product introduction (NPI) through digital workflows, agile and robust standard works. Optimize planning and forecasting. Reduce COPQ (cost of poor quality) and improve parts obsolescence process.

  • Optimize AMT (additional material and time) fulfillment process to drive backlog & lead time reduction. Collaborate with SCM to implement improvement actions.

  • Improve materials planning, scheduling and procurement processes. Support implementation of robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

  • Lead materials management workstream roadmap implementation. Determine strategic capital expenditures projects allocation for end-to-end order-to-delivery processes & systems.

  • Collaborate with Digital Technology team on execution of projects roadmap + review and prioritize new initiatives based on budget and resources plan.

  • Conduct appropriate financial analysis and monitor performance of projects. Manage requirements / scope and track progress according to program timeline.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Operations, Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience is required in at least two of the following areas: field operations, engineering, materials planning, supply chain, or program management

  • Strong strategic planning, financial, analytical, and execution skills

  • Demonstrated ability to drive teamwork across functional teams

  • Exceptional communication skills, including influencing in a matrixed organization

  • Proficiency in crafting executive-level summaries and presentations for management

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, change management, and operations

  • Flexibility in daily scheduling for effective global operations

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, experience with ERP/JDE systems/processes

  • Experience with Excel and data manipulation programs (PowerBI or Tableau)

  • Ability to travel up to 20% (primarily domestic, with potential for international travel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in operations, engineering, supply chain, or business

  • Knowledge of the elevator industry and/or field operations is highly desirable

  • Able to speak Spanish is desirable
