What is the opportunity?
Join RBC as Senior Manager, Transformation Execution, where you’ll lead the strategic delivery and sustainment of our branch transformation program. In this role, you’ll bridge vision with action, designing comprehensive enablement, training, and sustainment programs that equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to drive durable behaviour change. Partnering with Role Design, Enablement and other partners as the Physical Network SME, you’ll ensure transformation goals are met with excellence, consistent experience delivery, and long-term adoption.
What will you do?
Training, Change Adoption & Sustainment Program Delivery
Partner with Strategy, Role Design, CRE Design and Enablement (as Physical Network SME) to build a comprehensive enablement, training, and sustainment program.
Equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and resources to execute transformation goals, ensuring alignment with RBC’s strategic vision.
Ensure the program drives durable behaviour change, consistent experience delivery, and reinforces long-term adoption.
Develop metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Transformation Excellence & Delivery
Document transformation standards/guidelines, frameworks, and performance routines for consistent outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, resolve delivery risks, and enable teams with tools, insights, and supports.
Actively lead transformation workstreams with key internal partners to ensure strategic alignment, oversight of deliverables, and engagement of cross-functional teams in the vision.
Drive tangible outcomes through delivery of the critical path.
Transformation Governance & Continuous Improvement
Lead the assessment and redesign of Test & Learn processes to remove complexity, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee and support the development, documentation, and maintenance of clear, scalable governance procedures for consistent adoption across teams.
Foster continuous improvement through process refinement and lessons learned.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
7–10 years of experience in change management, transformation, or enablement roles.
Proven expertise in designing training/governance frameworks.
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic execution ability in complex, fast-paced environments.
Deep understanding of physical network transformation or branch operations.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; strong written/verbal communication skills to support strategic storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Nice-to-have:
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) or process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Knowledge of the operations of the branch network.
Fluent in French (reading, writing, conversation).
