About your team
(TMS) are responsible for all aspects of Post Trade Operations across the Equity, Fixed Income, FX, Money Market’s, and Derivative asset classes. The team also has responsibility for Collateral and oversight of the Stock Lending programme. We are continually seeking to maximise efficiency, minimise operational risks whilst constantly evolving the Operational model. The global range of Fidelity’s products and services expose the team to the full spectrum of Post Trade Operations across the world’s markets
About your role
The TMS Team is responsible for ensuring that our core middle office processes, covering Derivs, bilateral OTC margin, Securities & FX operates successfully across a global team. Our remit spans a vast array of products, including, Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Money Markets, Collateral, security lending, OTC and Exchange Traded derivative. The team monitors/controls all aspects of the Post Trade operational life cycle: trade capture, confirmation, position and cash balance reconciliation, option assignments, payments, collateral/margin management, portfolio reconciliation and EMIR compliance.
About you
The Senior Manager of Our TMS Gurgaon Team will be required to lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team. Set objectives, manage performance, and build succession plans.
Manage our day-to-day relationships, ensuring KPI’s are achieved and monitoring MI for trends They will be responsible for relationship governance, including contractual commitments and due diligence of our vendors.
Ensure that each vendors technical development continues to evolve to meet operational standards and investment needs.
Represent TMS in achieving new business wins and onboarding new mandates.
Ensure functional tasks operate to industry standards, FIL policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Promote a robust control environment across all functions and processes.
Work closely with operational risk to ensure alignment with the FIL Corporate Risk Framework.
Continuous Process Improvement – develop long term improvement strategies and innovative solutions with all business partners to deliver value.
Champion technology to improve workflow, work quality, control, risk management and measurement. Work closely with technology teams from assessment and analysis to development and implementation.
