As the Senior Manager of Order Fulfillment & Customer Care, you will lead the global strategy and execution of customer delivery performance for the T&L Business Unit, a $670M enterprise. In this role, you will oversee all customer-facing processes—from order entry to delivery and post-sales support—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and world-class service. You will also serve as the critical connection between customer expectations and plant operations across a global network of manufacturing and distribution sites.
Lead the global On-Time Delivery (OTD) strategy, partnering closely with manufacturing plants and distribution centers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Oversee all customer service operations, including quoting, samples, order entry, order management, and RMA processing.
Provide leadership and prioritization across distribution center activities and ensure accurate execution of SAP transactions related to order fulfillment.
Ensure correct planning and execution of Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) to maintain inventory availability across the global network.
Manage purchasing activities for resale of sourced finished goods.
Serve as the escalation point for customer expedites, line-down emergencies, and allocation decisions.
Calculate, monitor, and distribute OTD performance metrics to manufacturing sites; drive accountability and continuous improvement across regions.
Lead a global team of 45 employees across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, including 6 direct reports at the professional level.
Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or order fulfillment roles.
Proven leadership experience within global or multi-site manufacturing organizations.
Strong understanding of customer service operations, order fulfillment processes, and business delivery performance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Strong analytical capability, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional global teams.

Salary Range:
$134,500 - $194,680The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
