Pratt and Whitney is looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager, TF33 Programs within our Military Engines Fighter & Mobility (F&M) Finance Team.

The position will be an onsite position based out of our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location.

What You Will Do:

This position will have financial oversight over all aspects of the TF33 Program, which provides aftermarket engine support for the B-52 Bomber, AWACS and JSTARS programs and represents ~10% of the F&M portfolio.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead all financial activities related to the TF33 program including but not limited to financial analysis, monthly reporting and forecasting as well as the annual long range plan process (LRP), understanding monthly financial actuals, and supporting ME financial leadership.

- Prepare any required financial support for monthly TF33 program reviews, brief program leadership each month of the financial results and upcoming forecast for month/forecast; work closely with the program and business ops teams to align on forecast and latest estimates for TF33 spares, CIP, MCS, EAPS, B&P, and E&D on a monthly/ad-hoc basis.

- Review and approve external customer financial reporting (contract funds status reports, letters of funding/cost).

- Support the program in negotiations with the US government and Commercial customers as it relates to all TF33 current and proposed contracts -- evaluate and substantiate all pricing and business proposals on future business as needed.

- Financial approver of any modifications to current contracts as well as any official customer communications related to negotiations.

- Update TF33 Program CORE metrics monthly.

- Work with RTX OTC team and P&W accounting to process, review, and approve invoices and related entries that release Sales and COS to the P&L.

- 10% travel.

Qualifications You Must Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

- SAP, OneStream and Microsoft office proficiency

- Experience with Government contracting.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work on cross-functional teams.

- Highly adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Well organized person, able to plan, forecast, and track progress and to use written, verbal, and analytical skills to influence business objectives.

- Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) contracting experience.

- Project systems knowledge.

- Understanding of spares process flow in SAP as well as how spares Sales and COS works.

- Familiarization with government contracts and contract types.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
