An exciting, fixed term opportunity is now available for a Senior Manager, Technology and Intelligence Enablement. In this role, you will report to the Executive Manager, Technology and Intelligence Enablement (New Developments) and become a key member of the Technology and Intelligence Enablement team.
A bit about your role
As Senior Manager, Technology and Intelligence Enablement, you will accelerate solution adoption by engaging stakeholders, driving effective communications, and leading behavioural change initiatives. Leveraging digital capabilities and data analytics, you will help New Developments achieve measurable financial and operational improvements.
In this role, you will design and deliver strategic multi-channel communications, champion transformative change across the organisation, and cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders to secure buy-in for key initiatives. You will also embed robust governance practices and enhance stakeholder capabilities through innovative and engaging training programs.
A bit about you
You will bring extensive experience managing and enabling transformation programs across complex stakeholder environments, underpinned by highly developed communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. You are adept at driving cultural change, fostering an inclusive and adaptive workplace, and building alignment across diverse teams. Confident in designing and delivering engaging training programs, you facilitate change, resolve conflict, and navigate ambiguity with ease. You are also comfortable working with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Miro, and have a strong background in process improvement, business change, and embedding new ways of working.
