  • Execute complex project management – Define scope, conduct financial and feasibility analyses, develop business cases, and oversee TCIM projects from initiation through completion on schedule, budget, and scope.

  • Manage vendor relationships and performance – Source vendors through RFI/RFP processes, negotiate contracts, track SLAs, manage performance reviews, and resolve vendor issues and billing inquiries.

  • Implement cost-effective solutions – Research industry trends and best practices to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and deliver cost-effective TCIM services across the organization.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration – Partner with internal RBC teams (Corporate Real Estate, IT, business groups) and external consultants to deliver integrated TCIM services and raise project awareness.

  • Drive strategic technology initiatives – Support RBC's strategic direction by planning and coordinating emerging technologies such as occupancy sensors, smart lockers, and AV solutions while supporting the local CRE Technology team.

  • Vendor management proficiency – Proven experience managing and overseeing 3rd party vendors delivering services, including contract negotiations, SLA tracking, performance management, and conflict resolution.

  • Financial acumen and budgeting skills – Demonstrated ability to develop, track, and manage budgets and operational spending with accountability for financial analysis, business case development, and cost-effective procurement decisions.

  • Project and program management expertise – Strong capability to manage complex, high-visibility projects from initiation through completion, including scope definition, feasibility analysis, scheduling, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

  • Self-directed leadership in global teams – Proactive approach with ability to motivate yourself and drive initiatives independently while collaborating effectively with peers and teams distributed across different countries and regions.

  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication – Ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams (Corporate Real Estate, IT, business partners) and external consultants, translating technical requirements into clear communication and building strong working relationships across departments and locations.
